The NDA has an active vendor list of over 6,000 total vendors and suppliers.
We are always adding to this list in hopes many will join us and the legions of
dealer/retailers we feel we speak for. If you have a vendor that you want
to make sure we include, let us know. On the same note, let us know if you or
your associates have had or are having problems with various vendors. On a
similar note, vendors and reps should be aware that the NDA has no desire to
bring in member dealer/retailers that are a problem to vendors either. Any and all comments
will be considered.
Vendors can be deemed unsuitable for a number of reasons, which may include
but may not be limited to:
- Selling direct to end customers, undermining retailers.
- Improper, and excessive charges for shipping and handling charges.
- Acting in a way to cause retailers and dealers to incur unnecessary cost.
- Dumping inventory on discount houses, and other outlets at below regular
and usual dealer/retailer prices, without first making said offer to
existing dealers and retailers.
- Selling inventory to "Giant Discounters" in an unfair manor as
it relates to retailers and dealers.
- Not properly informing dealers/retailers of need to know information
relating to products, services, data relating to closing our of products,
potential liability issues, marketing info relating to products,
services, or industry trends.
- Not properly and fairly dealing with professional sales representatives,
once said vendor has contracted to do so.
